please advise regulations concerning baggage from USA to the Middle East(#of PCs&max allowed wt&extra pc.cost?
All passengers on trans Atlantic flights, regardless of the destination, are entitled to 2 pieces of checked luggage. However, as of January 2006:
For business class, the maximum weight of each is 32 kg (70.5 lb) the three dimensions of each not exceeding 158 cm (63″)
For economy Class, the maximum weight of each is 23 kg (50.7 lb) the three dimensions of each not exceeding 158 cm (63″)
The maximum weight per piece accepted for all categories is 32 kg (70.5 lb). Above 32 kg (70.5 lb) per piece is absolutely prohibited and must be reduced to the 32 kg (70.5 lb). Note that for the economy class the passenger will be charged for the extra weight above the allowed free weight per piece.
As for the cost of any extra checked piece, this depends on the airlines and the destination. You will need to check with the airlines you are flying.
